Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and CORA Robotics Technologies LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("CORA Robotics", "we", "us"), which operates TableTopRelay (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@tabletoprelay.com if you think someone else has used it.

2. Buying on TableTopRelay

Items on the marketplace are sold by independent stores ("Sellers"), not by CORA Robotics. The Seller is responsible for the item, its description, shipping it and handling returns under its own policy. We process the payment on the Seller's behalf and help resolve problems, but we are not the seller of record.

3. Selling on TableTopRelay

• You may list only items you own and can lawfully sell, described accurately, with stock levels you keep current.
• You agree to ship paid orders promptly, to honor your posted return policy, and to collect and remit any sales tax you owe.
• You may not list counterfeit, stolen, recalled or illegal goods.
• We may remove listings or pause a store that breaks these terms or receives repeated complaints.

4. Plans, fees and payouts

Seller plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. A marketplace fee, set by your plan, is deducted from each order placed through TableTopRelay. Card processing is charged at Stripe's standard rates. Payouts are sent to you after an order is fulfilled, less fees and any refunds. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the listings, photos and other content you upload. You give us permission to host, display and adapt it as needed to run and promote the Service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, sending spam, or using it to break the law or harm others.

7. Ending your use

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 5, 8, 9 and 10 survive after an account is closed.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, CORA Robotics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Canyon County, Idaho, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
