Privacy policy

TableTopRelay is operated by CORA Robotics Technologies LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("CORA Robotics", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the TableTopRelay website, mobile apps and marketplace (the "Service"), and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address and sign-in method (email and password, or Sign in with Apple). Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see them.
- Store details, for sellers. Store name, business contact details, the address you ship from, and the products, prices and stock levels you list.
- Order details. What was bought, from which store, the shipping address, and order status.
- Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive a payment reference, the last four digits and card brand.
- Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, and request logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To run the Service: list stock, process orders, send order and shipping updates, and pay sellers.
- To provide support and answer messages sent to support@tabletoprelay.com.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the Service secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- The store you buy from receives your name, shipping address and order so it can fulfill it.
- Service providers that run parts of the Service for us: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in, data storage), Stripe (payments), and our email provider. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- A successor if CORA Robotics or TableTopRelay is merged or sold, under the protections of this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually seven years. Logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Your choices
You can update your account details in the app. To get a copy of your data, or to delete your account, email support@tabletoprelay.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those requests the same way.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Buyers must be old enough to make purchases where they live.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people and systems that need it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let account holders know by email or in the app.
